My name is Tony Wallis. I am one of your local councillors for Castleford, West Yorkshire. I started this website as part of my “Talk Castleford with Tony” mission, to keep you informed, involved and inspired in being proud of our town.


Here we can share ideas, find out what I’m working on, and work together to help shape Castleford’s future.


Together we can tackle problems, support the town, and build a place we are proud of.


CURRENT PRIORITIES


  • A thriving, safe town centre that is a pleasant destination.
  • Improved leisure and work facilities for young people.
  • Green spaces that are a joy to visit.
  • Public transport that works for everyone.
  • Better traffic management.
